There is no substitute for keeping your best workers. The cost of replacing a good worker is getting higher each day as the pool of qualified candidates seems to contract at an alarming rate. Are we really focusing on keeping our workers, and more importantly are we engaging them? Too often I hear “on the street” that they feel like a number and not a human being but how can this be? The workers that run our plants are awesome and they need to feel that way.
