Flush Mounted Enclosures
Centerline Engineered Solutions is excited to present our new commercial line of Pharmaceutical grade enclosures to meet the needs of our customers who operate in regulated environments. This new product line consists of flush mounted enclosures designed to allow access to utilities such as compressed air, purified water loops, nitrogen, power, etc. No flat surfaces can be found on this enclosure which greatly improves cleanability.
Each enclosure is fabricated from 304 Stainless Steel Grade 4 material or 316L. We ensure all corners are welded close and ground flush to maintain the integrity of the enclosure. This design allows your connection valve stations, regulators, or indicators to be maintained in a clean environment regardless of the surrounding elements.
Stainless Steel Tool Storage Carts
Centerline Engineered Solutions is excited to present our new commercial line of Stainless Steel Tool Storage Carts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operators in cGMP and other regulated manufacturing environments. This cart has proven successful at keeping tools and other necessities within arms reach of the employee while they are working. Each Tool Cart is designed based on 5S principles to ensure every tool has a place and every tool remains in that place. Each cart is fabricated with stainless Steel Grade 4 material or 316L. We ensure all corners are welded close and ground flush to maintain the integrity of the structure.
Each cart contains a bottle holder and allen wrench holder. Missing tools often result in investigations to ensure product was not contaminated. This tool cart makes it obvious to everyone when even one tool is missing. Each Cart has a container for wipes or other cleaning clothes. Each cart has hooks mounted to hold items such as T- handle wrenches, pliers, etc. Customize to meet the needs of your team.
